Brilliantly hotel for disneyland paris as the train station is right next to the hotel. Our room was basic and very clean, a Brilliant base. The only thing that could be better was addition pillows. I did ask but was told no! Would return to this hotel.

During my stay, a personal item was taken from my room after housekeeping had accessed it. When I reported this, staff stated that nothing was found but were dismissive and unwilling to meaningfully assist. I chose this hotel expecting a basic level of room security and guest care. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met, and the way the situation was handled significantly impacted my experience. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. 0 stars if it was allowed.

Spent two nights to visit friends in the area. The hotel is in a mall complex, so there is plenty of shopping and mid-range to fast food restaurants. The hotel is clean and the service was very good. The room was bit small, especially trying to store luggage. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel was nice. Need to take a parking ticket at the barrier into the car park and then the hotel staff with authorise it for free parking. We arrived around 10pm and the night porter was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fine, typical limited continental breakfast but there was plenty to eat. Beds were comfortable, would stay again.
