Master bedroom: An elegant room with a double bed, TV, desk area and en-suite bathroom to make you feel right at home.

Second bedroom: A cosy room with a double bed and a small wardrobe for storing your belongings.

Main bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Second bathroom: A stylish bathroom with bathtub and WC in a separate small room.

Toilet: Each bathroom has its own toilet, making a total of two toilets in the apartment.

* The building's sound insulation is limited. The neighbours' conversations and showers can be heard inside, and the pipes make noise after a shower or a toilet flush, including in the evening. Light sleepers may be bothered.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet, green area of the 12th arrondissement, a 4-minute walk from Porte Dorée metro station, in a spacious 69 m² (743 sq ft) apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dishwasher.
