This apartment is designed to combine comfort and functionality:

🛋 Living Room: A welcoming lounge area with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

🍽 Open Kitchen: Functional and fully equipped with stovetop, extractor hood, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Coffee pods, sugar, and tea are provided to start your mornings right.

🛏 Bedroom: A sleeping area on the lower level, in the basement, with a double bed.

🚿 Bathroom: Compact, with shower, toilet, hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo.

🧺 Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels provided.

📍 Ground floor apartment, with the bedroom on the lower level.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The bedroom is on the lower level, in the basement, and is reached by a steep staircase: you need to take care going down and up, especially at night. It is not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility, and young children need to be accompanied on it.
* The bedroom has a low ceiling: guests around 1.80 m tall or more have to stoop to move around in it. If you are tall, please take this into account.
* Being in the basement, the bedroom gets little natural light and little fresh air: it can quickly feel stuffy. If daylight or a well-ventilated bedroom matters to you, please take this into account.
* At 45 m², the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, which is also the dining area, and the main level, kitchen included, becomes tight.
* The shower room is small, with a small shower and a hand basin instead of a washbasin: getting ready there is not very practical and, with four guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 19th arrondissement, close to Buttes-Chaumont park and to Jaurès, Laumière, Buttes Chaumont and Colonel Fabien metro stations, with a double bedroom, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.
