Kitchen: A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: One bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom: One bathroom with a shower, gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: One toilet is located in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, bed linen, towels and iron provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor for travellers' use.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* With 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, especially for a stay of several days.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, during heatwaves, it can get very hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift, with a dishwasher and a shared laundry room on the ground floor.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
