This studio with a truly Parisian character has been set up to host 2 guests in good conditions. Daily housekeeping is part of your stay, and a dedicated team stays by your side from the first day to the last.

The living area brings together a double sofa bed, a table for your meals and a television: just what you need to unwind after a day of discoveries or to share a dinner.

The practical kitchenette includes a cooktop, a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea and sugar are offered for your breaks.

Modern in style, the bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo awaits you there.

The housekeeping team comes by every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., provided the door hanger has been placed on the outside handle before 4 p.m.; linen is not replaced during this visit.
On request, a linen change remains possible for an additional fee. We can also offer other services, for example booking a taxi or breakfasts.

For everyday comfort, you have an iron, a TV screen and Wi-Fi included; sheets and towels are provided for each guest, so that you feel at home. In the basement, on the right as you leave the elevator, a washing machine and a dryer are available to you from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., out of respect for the neighbors.

Good to know: the studio is on the 2nd floor of a secure building served by an elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio measures only 10 m² (108 sq ft): with the sofa bed unfolded, it fills practically the whole room and leaves very little space for a suitcase. It is designed first and foremost for a solo traveler; if you are coming as two, plan on light luggage and a small space, and keep this in mind.
* Very compact, the shower room opens directly onto the sleeping area: for two, privacy is limited.
We wanted to tell you this in full transparency: our wish is for this stay to truly meet your expectations.

On the plus side, you will enjoy an air-conditioned studio in a quiet part of the 17th, with Pereire metro station (line 3) a 2-minute walk away, an equipped kitchenette, daily housekeeping included, as well as a washing machine and a dryer in the building.

During your stay, the entire studio is reserved for you.
