Enjoy a comfortable stay in this pleasant studio, designed to accommodate two guests in a typically Parisian setting. Daily housekeeping is included, as well as a dedicated team available throughout your stay to assist you.

The living area features a welcoming lounge space with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a television. It is the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The functional kitchenette is equipped with a cooktop, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided for your moments of relaxation.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo is provided.

Housekeeping is provided every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., without linen replacement, only if the door hanger in your room is placed on the outside door handle before 4 p.m.
Linen changes can be arranged on request, at an additional cost. Additional services can also be provided, such as taxi or breakfast reservations.

Additional amenities include an iron, TV, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home. In the basement, to the right as you exit the elevator, there is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Please use these between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is 10 m²: once the double sofa bed is unfolded, it takes up almost the whole room, it is hard to move around and the front door no longer opens fully. There is no room for a large suitcase: the apartment suits one or two guests who travel light and use it mainly to sleep.
* The front door opens directly onto the building's stairwell and lets noise through: neighbours coming and going can be heard from the bed. Light sleepers may be disturbed.
* The shower room is very small and the shower is not separated from the toilet: when you shower, water reaches the toilet and the washbasin. If a proper separation between shower and toilet matters to you, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 17th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Pereire metro station, in an air-conditioned studio with an equipped kitchenette, and a washing machine and dryer available in the building's basement.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.
