Toilet: One toilet separate from the bathroom.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. A shared laundry is available on the ground floor.

* Sound insulation from the neighbouring apartments is limited. Noise from the neighbours can be heard in the apartment, especially from the bedroom, which may bother light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station and close to many shops, in a 60 m² (646 sq ft) apartment with a dishwasher and a toilet separate from the bathroom.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
