Additional information: The studio is located on the ground floor. A shared laundry is available on the ground floor.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor and its windows look directly onto the street, with metal shutters. To keep your privacy, the shutters or blackout curtains need to stay closed: the studio then gets very little natural light and relies mostly on artificial lighting. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The studio is next to the building entrance: people passing through the hall, the street and the upstairs neighbours can be heard, sometimes late in the evening. This may bother light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in a quiet part of the 13th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station (line 7) and close to Place d'Italie, in a 25 m² (269 sq ft) studio with a large bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
