* The bedroom is small. The double bed leaves little space around it and you sometimes need to squeeze past sideways to move around. Guests who need space in the bedroom, to move around or store their belongings, may feel cramped.
* The bedroom is poorly ventilated. The apartment has an air conditioner, but it does little to cool the bedroom, which can become hot and stuffy in summer, and it is noisy when running. Guests who are sensitive to heat and light sleepers may be bothered.

On the plus side, you will be in the 9th arrondissement, a 3-minute walk from Le Peletier metro station, in a bright 38 m² (409 sq ft) apartment with large windows, on the 1st floor, with an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.
