⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is not air-conditioned, and its sun-facing windows do not allow this ground-floor apartment to be properly aired. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, especially at night, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without a lift, on an inner courtyard. To get there, you go through several coded doors and up and down several flights of steps. The route takes some getting used to, especially in the evening and with luggage, which can be difficult for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility and guests with heavy luggage.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 12th arrondissement, 150 m from Dugommier metro station (line 6) and about a ten-minute walk from the Accor Arena, in a very quiet 40 m² (431 sq ft) apartment with a separate bedroom and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
