This apartment has been designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay.

It features a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area—perfect for relaxing.

The separate bedroom offers a calm and intimate atmosphere, with a skylight and a roof window that let in natural light.

The open kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules, toaster, and utensils), making it easy to cook on-site.

The bathroom is functional, featuring a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

You’ll also have access to a range of amenities: Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron, as well as bed linens and towels for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the first floor with no lift and is laid out on two levels linked by a very narrow internal spiral staircase, which you need to use to reach the shower room, including at night. It is not suitable for elderly guests, people with reduced mobility or young children.
* The apartment has only one window onto the outside, in the bedroom, plus a skylight: the room on the lower level has no window and gets little natural light. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 32 m² (344 sq ft) in a quiet spot in Asnières-sur-Seine, a 5-minute walk from the station (lines L and J to Paris Saint-Lazare) and 10 minutes from Gabriel Péri metro station (line 13), surrounded by shops, with a separate bedroom, a kitchen with an oven and a washer-dryer.
