Please note: The apartment is located in Bagnolet, right next to the metro station, providing quick access to downtown Paris. It is on the 4th floor without an elevator and is accessible via a narrow, typical Parisian staircase.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Sound insulation between apartments is poor: noise from the building and the neighbours can be heard. Light sleepers or guests planning to work remotely may be disturbed.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it can get hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in Bagnolet, on the edge of Paris, a few minutes' walk from Robespierre metro station (line 9), with supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby, in a 40 m² (431 sq ft) apartment with a bedroom and an equipped open kitchen.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
