the apartment is well-situated, stocked with a huge number of lovely, fluffy towels. the bed linens are good quality, and the apartment is well-heated. the rooms are generous. that said, this apartment is less than advertised. there was a stench from the shower drains in both bathrooms and the they were only moderately clean. the non ensuite bathroom: toilet runs and requires attention, adjacent sink doesn't drain properly, shower door doesn't close, so there's water on the floor. insufficiency of toilet paper, no facial tissues.despite listing: no evidence of carbon dioxide or smoke detectors, listing states two bedrooms (correct) and has pictures of "three". couch is in poor condition and uncomfortable to sleep on, the part that lifts up to store the linens is broken and the arms have lost their stuffing. there is no air conditioning. kitchen utensils are insufficient for even a simple meal (no vegetable peeler, no ladle, no grater, no cooking spoons), one of the kitchen cabinet doors doesn't close, there are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, no kitchen towels, no ice cube tray. the bedroom doors don't close properly and this makes the apartment is very noisy, especially in the morning. when we called for a second set of keys (we were three people with separate schedules) we were told we'd be called back, which didn't happen. we called the following day for the keys, kitchen towels and drain issues.
