Hello, I will leave you my main residence (inhabited) a studio of 25 m2 located on the 5th floor with elevator, street side. Some cupboards will not be accessible but you will have a wardrobe and storage.
It is located on line 7, Crimée station at 300 m. Canal de l'ourq a few minutes away. Easy access to the center of Paris directly: department stores, Opera, Palais Royal, Louvre, Samaritaine, Chatelet, Ile Saint Louis.
Kitchen with microwave/oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, dishes.
Shower, sink, storage unit, WC.
Living room, sofa bed with mattress topper, the bed is already made! Table and chairs, armchairs.
Large window, curtains, Tv. WiFi.

Arrival every day except Sunday.
