Hello there !

I am Tristan and would be happy to welcome you in this very lit and modern apartment. The space is cozy : a sunbathed terrasse with numerous plants and flowers and a calm and relaxing living room. The floor is heated which makes it a warm shelter from the lively city in the winter. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and has amazing restaurants and magical parks (Parc Monceau is 5 minutes walk). It is also very close from transports, while being in the city-center. I hope our paths will cross soon!

The kitchen is wide and entirely equipped if you are a chef, and the rooms are all equipped of double glazing and shutters which make your nights extremely quiet to regain energy. The huge showers will be perfect for a spa-like shower after a sunny day of sight seeing.
You will feel like you are in a little house (130m2) in the countryside when in fact you will be located in the city and in a very lively neighborhood.

It is walking-distance from the Arc de Triomphe and l'Avenue des Champs-Elysées, Opéra Garnier, Place de la Concorde, le Parc des Tuileries, le Louvre. A free parking is also available in the building.
