Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 9th arrondissement with this spacious 2-bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

This is a well-proportioned apartment in an excellent location between the Madeleine and the Opéra. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds with superior quality mattresses and face the building interior. The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and features a shower, toilet and sink. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and Cookworks coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is available. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The lift operates normally in almost all cases but may periodically require brief maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.



Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

The area around Rue Vignon in the 9th arrondissement sits in a fascinatingly in-between part of Paris, equidistant between the Madeleine and the Opéra Garnier, in a neighbourhood of wide Haussmann boulevards, fine food shops and some of the city's most celebrated department stores. The Fauchon and Hédiard gourmet food shops on the Place de la Madeleine are just a short walk south, as is the beautiful neoclassical Madeleine church. To the north, the Opéra Garnier is equally close, with its grand cafés, the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps shopping centres, and a constant buzz of Parisian life.



The neighbourhood is also conveniently close to some of Paris's most historic covered passages, including the Passage des Panoramas and the Galerie Vivienne, both worth a wander. The Palais Royal gardens are a pleasant walk away, and the Place de la Concorde, the Tuileries and the Louvre are all reachable on foot or by a quick Métro ride. Whether you are here for shopping, culture or gastronomy, this address puts you at the heart of the Right Bank at its most grand.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
