Dine for Breakfast in the Hotel "Bonnie" order Egg white omelette with veggies, side of sausage, side of potatoes for breakfast and 2 cappuccino. Where charged for 2 buffet prices $42 Euro person for total of $84 Euro. Waiter did not mentioned strictly buffet pricing and no A la Carte. But yet menu as I read showed A la Carte and my definition from internet as I believe is ordering off menu items individually. Language being a barrier and not wanting to take up to much time from serving staff, brought it up with front desk. Manager emailed stating menu is clearly worded. After few emails back and forth with the manager no out come that found fair. Leaving it to buyer beware. Attached our photos.

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The location was excellent and the room was spacious for Paris. However, having stayed at multiple 5-star hotels, we came in with certain expectations—and unfortunately the service fell short. We requested a restaurant reservation through the front desk but never received any follow-up. On the day of our departure, we called several times for help with our bags, but no one ever answered. When we went down ourselves, there were no other guests at the desk, which made the lack of response even more frustrating. On our final night, we visited the rooftop bar without a reservation. Since it was our honeymoon and our last evening, we politely asked if we could move to a better table that had just been vacated. The server declined, saying it was reserved—which seemed odd, given it was the same size as ours. Not long after, a group of young women the server appeared to know personally were seated there instead. This felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. While the property itself is beautiful, staff attentiveness and friendliness were lacking compared to other 5-star hotels we stayed at during our trip. These service issues ultimately made the experience feel more like a 4–4.5 star stay.

Very stylish hotel that is also warm and inviting. While the hotel and rooftop views are beautiful (as you’d expect), the staff were the standout for me! From the reception team to the bar and restaurant staff, the service was excellent and the staff were very polite and welcoming!

We loved our stay SO much (get it). But seriously, this is a new and modern hotel. The room was spotless, the bathroom was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Paris. The restaurant was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of my favorite hotels!
