amazing place. We rented both the bear cabin and the deer cabin. easy to walk back-and-forth between and around the grounds. We used the fire pit, and it was amazing. Had an axe to chop up wood. Very clean very well stocked place, beautiful views sitting on the porch looking at the river. Lots of room to park cars. We hopped on the bike trail and went down to big Rapids and the next day went up to Reed city. The pizza place in Paris is really good, 1 mile up the bike trail. air-conditioning works great. Good to know that the bathrooms are enclosed, but the bedrooms have open ceilings to the common area. This makes for even temperature, but allows sounds from the common area into the bedroom... we brought a sleep fan and that worked great. Host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again. Everyone loved the experience
