Highly recommend Relais Spa Val d’Europe. The staff are excellent, and are both friendly and true professionals. We had connecting rooms for our family, and they were comfortable, classy, and had lots of space for us. Breakfast was also great, lots of choice, and it was peaceful and relaxed while eating. A short 5 minute walk to the RER station, in a safe area, and a very convenient and quick shuttle to Disney. We are very happy that we chose this hotel.

Our deaf Uber driver got assaulted by a staff member after Uber driver didn’t hear him having a go due to being deaf… totally unacceptable. He beeped, then as the Uber was helping us get the suitcases into the car the staff member started shouting again the driver was deaf and he was French so we didn’t know he was shouting at us, then as the Uber driver tried to get back into car, the staff member grabbed the guy and another staff member had to run out of the hotel to pull him off the driver. Very disturbing and not nice. Hotel don’t seem to care that a member of staff on duty physically assaulted someone- he should be sacked for misconduct. Also the beds were not changed for the week we were there and room was not cleaned very well. They got our room mixed up with someone else’s and tried to charge us for a service we didn’t use!

The room gets cleaned every day; they provide a car to Disneyland, which is a big PLUS; the drivers are polite, and the staff is kind. They allow kids at the swimming pool at specific times. I would go back.

The staff was great. The room was all right. Nice inconvenient location close to Disneyland Paris, the gentleman’s who picked me up and dropped me off at the park were awesome. There was some issues with the sink faucet and a little bit of a smell of mildew. I only had an issue with me checking out a day and half early and we tried to come with a resolution but I just lost money on a night . I Try to negotiate maybe a breakfast but they didn’t budge.
