I have stayed at the hotel before, and I like it. BUT this time, although I had filled out a form the night before my arrival that was supposedly going to speed up my check-in, I ended up waiting (and this was at the end of a very long day, when I was QUITE eager to get to my room) for close to 15 minutes before I got my key. I don't want to be promised something that does not materialize.

First, the front desk had only one person who spent 15 minutes with a tour guide. Then the credit card service was down in at the desk and in the restaurant. The restaurant good quality was awful: the special of the day, duck, was mostly raw - actually cold in the middle, and the Cesar salad did not have any green lettuce. This was my third stay at this Pullman; the first two stays were great but it has really gone downhill.
