The hotel is really run down.. while the rooms are clean and beds are comfy, the place could do with freshening up

It's small, very basic, but does the job for a few nights. It's clean and close to Aeroville (20min walk). Note that there is only 1 restaurant nearby. For the price, it's perfect. I would stay here again.
