They made a renovation in the hotel but without telling the clients. We paid a lot for a room without nothing. Even Hangers for clothes, nothing. I ask the reception after checking out , instead of being sorry regarding the service she was reasoning that there was a renovation asking what I want? It was unprofessional. It is not a 2 star hotel.

Listed that the rooms had hair dyers but there was limited dryers available by the front desk. I was unable to get one since they had all been checked out for the day. I didn’t pack one since it was listed as an amenity. Room was very small but expected for a European hotel. Room slept 3 people but we were not able to move around the unit at the same time due to very limited space from beds and 2 suitcases.
