Welcome to this bright and spacious 3-bedroom apartment, ideally suited for 4 to 6 guests. Nestled on the 6th floor of a charming stone building in the serene Saint-Mandé neighborhood, this elegant home sits right on the edge of Paris’s 12th arrondissement offering the perfect balance of city access and natural tranquility.

Flooded with natural light from full height windows and expansive bay windows, the apartment exudes a calm, airy atmosphere. It is tastefully decorated with minimalist yet distinctive furnishings that blend character with comfort.

Upon entry, you'll step directly into the generous living and dining area. This peaceful space features a leather sofa that seats 3 4 guests, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings in. The dining table comfortably accommodates six, making it ideal for shared meals. Large bay windows open onto a private terrace, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the forest.

To the right of the living room, a hallway leads to the first bedroom, which features a spacious double bed, ample storage, and a large window. Adjacent to it is a beautiful marble tiled bathroom, complete with a bathtub, overhead shower, and a stylish vanity.

To the left of the living room, a second hallway leads to two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom includes a double bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. The third bedroom features two single beds, a charming wooden bookcase, and a small writing desk. Please note that access to the third bedroom is through the second bedroom; a curtain provides privacy between the two spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for home-cooked meals and also opens onto the terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with a view.

The WC is located separately, but in the apartment, for added convenience.

Note: The apartment is located on the 6th floor. Guests can take the elevator up to the 5th floor and will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the 6th.
