Close to shops and resurants. But the hotel needs alot of renovation. It is not a very clean hotel. The lock of my room door did not open and I had to wait to have it fixed.

There was a strike going on by the housekeepers- it did not affect the cleanliness of the hotel but it was distressing going in and out of the Park Hyatt and often unnerving since the police were often there in riot gear and the people striking were playing loud annoying instruments. I wish we had been made aware of the situation prior to our stay. Also, the gym is being renovated and we were unaware. The hotel itself is lovely and staff very accommodating. Our room was beautiful.
