Nice Stay, 30 mins total travel time to Paris Centre

Thanks to this nice cozy 1 bed apartment with balcony attached. The room is tidy and 4 of us could easily accomodate with double bed and sofa bed. And more over I liked the secure parking. And Thierry was so resonsive via the app. We enjoyed the stay here. And my boys also enjoyed the Table Tennis in the cafetaria. Thanks Thierry.

Convenient, cozy apartment

Thierry was an excellent host and communicated well with us before and during the stay. The apartment was conveniently located a minute away from the tram stop and 10 minutes away from the train station. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment if you are looking for something close to public transportation with decent amenities.

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood

This is located in an aparthotel. It is a privately owned room so you have the feel of a hotel, but don't have the daily housekeeping. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Paris. The breakfast was really good and cost about 15 euro per person. The pillows were the only thing I would have a complaint about, but that may be personal preference. It also lacked a hair dryer. Some have complained of the shower/tub, but it is on par with others I have experienced in France. The tubs are higher than in the US.

Had issues with timeliness if replies- 10+ hours. No instructions on use of w/d- attempted to trouble shoot and ask her- was not helpful I. Any way- had to pay 15+ euros to w/d in basement. Only 2 towels and bed made. No towels for other 2 people or bedding for sleeper sofa. Not helpful response from her. Iron didn’t work. Fan was barely working and on its last leg- no air. Couldn’t figure out a/c and it obviously did t work either. Never felt anything come out of vent. Everything was in French and we are American- she had no booklet with any instructions

A lovely little apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very convenient to explore Paris. Easy access to Versailles and centre of Paris (we opted for an Uber, which cost us only £18). The apartment is in a smart apart-hotel and the flat is also smartly furnished. The double bed is very comfortable as is one of the single beds. The pull out bed is less comfortable but suitable for a child/younger teen. High quality bedsheets but bring your own pillows if like me, you are fussy about your pillows! We are a family of 4 and, even though the flat is very small, we had a comfortable stay. We gave it 4*only as we felt that a few little details, that we discussed with the owner, would make it more comfortable welcoming. Overall, a nice and convenient little place and we would stay again.

Clean, Safe, Convenient

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our host responded promptly whenever we had questions, and we were able to access public transportation easily. It took us about 45 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower, but we could have gotten there sooner had we used the metro (the walk was just too pretty!). The grocery store was conveniently located and we were able to utilize the kitchenette in the apartment. The only thing that didn’t go quite according to plan was the clothes washing machine, which wasn’t working for us when we tried. However, our host responded promptly and told us about two coin-operated washers AND dryers (!) on floor -1. Great place, would absolutely recommend!

The apartment was sparkling clean upon arrival. Perfect space for my granddaughter and myself and close to public transportation. My only complaint is that we were not informed of a clothes dryer down in Level 1-A. We walked many blocks with two bags of wet laundry to find a laundromat!

Adequate, but only just

When I first booked, it had an address inside the city limit. When I made the final payment, the owner gave me a different address just outside the city. This has since been removed from the listing. Also when I booked, it said "sleeps 5." I was hoping the son we were visiting could stay with us. The owner told me it sleeps 4--there is a portable crib, which is why the listing said 5. This, too, has been changed. While both of these things were disappointing, they were not a huge detriment to our trip. My son stayed in his own apartment, and the subway was 1 tram stop away. The tram was right in front of the building. The apartment was adequate, but there is much room for improvement. The carpets probably need to be replaced. They are spotted and very dirty-looking. The shower door needs to be cleaned with soap scum remover. When we arrived, it was covered in spots. It looked terrible. Also, the shower head kept sliding down. Get that fixed! Cleaning supplies and trash bags are locked up. They should be left out so the tenants can clean up after themselves. No one wants to steal your cleaning supplies while on vacation. Likewise, it would help the owner if the tenant cleans, no? Someone staying in Paris a week or less is not going to buy those things and then leave behind free supplies for the owner. SO MAKE THEM ACCESSIBLE. The kitchen was also not well-supplied. Dishes, bowls, glasses, and utensils were there. There was a coffee maker but no coffee cups. There were no containers to store food in the refrigerator. There was a dishwasher that did not work. Perhaps some instructions would be helpful. Also, instructions for the washer/dryer are necessary, since those are not common in North America. Many of your visitors probably do not know how to use it. The trundle bed was a good space saver, but very difficult to take out and put away because the panel it was behind had no handle. Installing a handle would be very easy and save someone from hurting their hand. The sliding doors between the living room and bedroom did not work. One door is off its track and dragging on the carpet. We had to use a spoon to wedge under the door and get it off the carpet each night so we could close it. The patio was cute but lacked furniture, so we could not spend time on it. The photos show what looks like a double bed in the bedroom, but it was actually two single beds. Very strange. In summary, a few very simple improvements could make this so much better.

Small but very pracical

Great location, free parking, small but clean. Had clean sheets, towels, but not much in the kitchen. Not too far from the Porte de Versailles Metro stop, and close the the Pereferique freeway, so east to get to CDG airport.

Our stay was enjoyable. The public transit is right outside the building, so it was easy to get around. We loved the area, walked to a bakery, enjoyed the space and all that the apartment offered. Would definitely stay again.

Immer wieder gern

Schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Hotelanlage mit Tiefgarage. Elternbett groß mit toller Matratze. Zur Metro muss allerdings ein Fußmarsch von 20-25 Minuten mit eingeplant werden. Das machte unseren Kindern nix aus. Uns war das egal, schließlich hatten wir Zeit. Auf dem Weg zur Metro kommt auch eine Bäckere vorbei. Jederzeit gern wieder in das Zimmer.

Location qui correspond bien à ce que l'on recherchait à savoir sécurité, calme et proximité des transports en commun. Le garage est un vrai point positif surtout sans contraintes horaires sur les jours d'arrivée et de départ ce qui est appréciable. La literie est de qualité. Pour ceux qui le souhaitent les services proposés par la résidence sont également un atout. J'avais passé du temps à chercher une location avec un bon rapport qualité/prix et j'en suis ravie. N'hésitez pas si vous souhaiter visiter la capitale. Il faut compter environ 30 minutes de transports en commun pour aller au cœur de Paris.
