The appartment is located next to Parc Monceau (2 min walk) , a very safe and residential area with a park for joggers and children (carroussel, poney trail, ..) . Only old and beautiful building called Haussmannien (from 1850), all renovated. It is also 2 minutes walk from a pedestrian daily open market ( fruits, vegetable, butchers, bakeries, fish..) with some shops such as Sephora or Camaieu and restaurants. Village atmosphere. Check youtube "marché rue de Lévis". Typical Paris.
You have 3 minutes walking distance 2 Metro lines : line 2 and 3 and also 3 bus lines : line 30 ( Eiffel Tower/Champs Elysées), 93 and 20. However you can walk. It takes me 25 minutes to walk to the Champs Elysées, 20 minutes to Opera and the area is just beautiful and safe with old buildings and monuments everywhere. Disney easy to reach 40 minutes from les Champs Elysées with an express subway called RER.
