The 15th arrondissement is a true blend of Parisian charm and practicality. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Montparnasse, with its famous cafés, restaurants, and the train station for your travels. Enjoy the shopping streets and local markets, or take a stroll in Parc Georges Brassens, perfect for relaxing and discovering the book and flea market on weekends. The area is also very well served by the metro and buses, making it easy to explore Paris and its monuments.

The nearest metro station is Porte de Vanves (line 13).
The Brancion tram station (T3a) and the Morillons - Brancion bus stop (line 95) are located just a few meters from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally located for easy travel around Paris. You'll find several metro stations nearby (Vanves, Volontaires, Sèvres-Lecourbe, and Porte de Versailles), as well as convenient bus lines for quickly reaching the capital's main neighborhoods and attractions. Montparnasse train station is also within walking distance, making your train journeys to Paris and the surrounding region easy. Whether you prefer walking, public transportation, or cycling, everything is within easy reach for exploring Paris with ease.

There is no TV in the apartment.
No parties and no smoking accommodation.

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
