There was a heatwave in Paris and the air conditioning at the hotel did not work for 4 days. We were spending time outside instead of going to our rooms, we were leaving the shower sweating as if we were in a sauna. Trying to sleep in that heat was torture. Okko should have refunded some of our cost since we did not get all the services that were promised.

I had a good stay at Okko Port du Versailles. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds. Cotton sheets and down pillows. The breakfast was amazing, with salmon. 5 different type of cheese, omelets, fruits, chicken, prosciutto, salami, salad, vegetables, crepes, and a lot more. The hotel is very closed to a bus, a tram and a metro station. It doesn't have AC and it felt stuffy even on a 60 degree day. The furniture wants to be modern but it's rather ugly. The wals are not painted and look dirty. The room was not very clean. I found hairs ....

There was no air conditioning in the building during our stay and it was 33 degrees outside. Front desk people did not mention it during check in and they were so slow at getting guests checked in. Also their check in counter area is soo small. They have a ton of space in the open communal area not sure why they just designed the check in area with the communal space so that it is more welcoming to guests and have areas to sit. Again I’m trying to file for a refund and have received any response from the hotel.
