I stayed there for five days, and the hotel was amazing and very clean. The train station is directly next to the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition, the hotel’s safety was excellent there is a central lock system on the doors and the elevators. I had my cat with me, and the staff were very hospitable to me, my family, and my cat as well. I highly recommend this hotel. I would also like to mention that the hotel is not in the center of Paris, but it is not too far—about 15 minutes by Bolt.

Everything was perfect. The spacious room, the bakery accross the street, the metro right outside the entrance, the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, the amenities, the staff. Perfect.

Staff was very accommodating and polite. I gave it a 4 star for breakfast since I didn’t get a chance to eat there because I checked out early. The only downside in my opinion is the thermostat, it’s central air so it could’ve been set for the whole building and I couldn’t adjust it to my liking or unless I was just pressing the buttons incorrectly lol. But overall I had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

It was just one stop away from the metro station, which was convenient. However, I was very disappointed with the service. There was no room service at all—everything had to be collected from the reception. Even when the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and I called for a refill, they told me to come downstairs and pick it up myself. This applied to everything else as well!
