Rooms were worn and carpets were dirty. Initial staff although friendly was not very helpful with the issue of the airport shuttle which we waited for, based on the instructions provided by the hotel, to take us from the airport to the hotel. We waited for over an hour before a third party van was tracked down through the help of another hotels driver. Hotel staff upon arrival said that there's no shuttle from the airport until 4pm. So if you're booking a hotel with a shuttle and looking for clean well maintained rooms and not false advertising then do not stay here.

Everyone at the hotel was so wonderful. We had a medical emergency and the staff was so helpful. They arranged ambulance service and stayed with us throughout the ordeal. We requested fresh towels and they offered us room servicing way after hours. The hotel personnel went way above beyond what would be expected!!

It had what we needed but they charged us twice for city taxes. It was in the Expedia total, but then they made us pay it again and we didn’t notice until we got home. Not impressed with that. Also the food in the dining area was passable, some items like the pizza and chicken teriyaki were alright but nachos were just tortilla chips with sprinkled shredded cheese. We decided to eat out at the shopping mall or at the restaurant across from the hotel as it was much better. But glad we had a place to stay, after our flight was cancelled.

First and last time to this hotel or motel. Smelly room (was not probably aired for a while). Stained carpet. Uncomfortable beds. Tiny toilet and shower. You can easily hit yourself in either. Tiny sinks. toilet flush was making noise all night. tub shower handle leaking. Disappointing breakfast offering with limited room to sit. We checked-in late. No restaurant open. They had a frisfe with some microwavable pasta boxed. They sell each one for 11 eurors. The box is big but the quantity of pasta is less than half. Very disappointing and expense for a bigger pasta box that cost less than a dollar in the USA. The story drama goes on with a shuttle that could not pick up up at 10:21pm. They said the last one is at 10:15pm. It took us like 45min to get an Uber. The shuttle is 5 eurors per person. We are 4. So each ride is 20 euros. A roundtrip is 40 euros. Uber turned out to be cheaper. We paid for the shuttle to go back to airport. When I asked him to drop us off at terminal 2E, he said he cannot. He has one drop off area far away so we have to walk a long distance. For aged people, this is not recommended at all. Stay away.
