The property’s rooms are spacious as compared to most hotels in Paris. It is safe with a police station just across the street. The breakfast is wonderful too.

We had a room qoth a double bed and a sofa bed, was very snug. Odd arrangement with the toulet separate to the bathroom with no sink in the toilet so you have to go across to the bathroom to wash hands. Breakfast was quite good. Expensive parking. Close to a metro station which was handy but long walk to other attractions Rooftop bar was nice but €17 a cocktail where the bars near Notre-Dame have happy hour for several hours of the evening and cocktails are around €6

Guy was exceptional and his care made it worthwhile to stay at the Novotel Rue de Vaugirard. The closing of the local Metro was inconvenient. Elevators were not working regularly. Thermostat broke once in upgraded room (electrical short circuit) and locked out of thermostat in initial room.

We had a very comfortable stay. Though some facilities in the room dont work properly like the sink, AC does not cool down the room. We had to wait for check in time as the dont offer early check in. We enjoyed the rooftop though.

The room was too small for one bathroom so it was in 2, one toilet and one sink and bathtub those were also small too. Overall the everything is good. The area is the best there is in Paris. There are lots of metro around the area although some were close for maintenance. There were tons of bus stations and most of the areas we went were accessible through metro and bus.thanks lots to Novartol management .

Great staff and hotel location is good

The service from the staff at the reception desk was excellent. All staff members we encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel location is great for travelling via Metro into Central Paris. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes from the hotel.

This property has one major flaw, NO Air Conditioning. They advertise it having AC, but in no way is it actually AC. Read other’s reviews, they say the same thing. Never were we able to get our room temperature below 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit. They sent two different technicians on two separate days and it was the same lies, “it will cool down soon you just checked in and turned it ON.” Or “we turned the hotels AC down to a cooler temperature and now your rooms air will be colder as well.” Lies, lies, lies. Same story different day, again read other person’s reviews. To pay $500 a night and not have AC, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, but here. I’m a pilot for the airlines and fly all over the world. My company puts us in Novotel hotels all over Europe, they would never approve this hotel based on the AC not working properly. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. However, it can’t make up for the miserable experience with the AC not working and 90 degree temps outside.

We loved the hotel. It is very close to downtown. Metro is in walking distance and in 2 metro stations you are at Eiffle Tower. Their breakfast is good and staff very nice and helpful. For sure a hotel where we will stay again when in Paris.

Bonito pero no ideal para familias El Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse es un hotel muy lindo y bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Me gustó mucho la decoración, la atención del personal fue muy buena, la limpieza excelente y el desayuno delicioso. Sin embargo, no lo volvería a elegir para viajar en familia. La habitación es demasiado pequeña para cuatro personas, no hay suficiente espacio y se vuelve incómodo. Además, el aire acondicionado del hotel es muy deficiente; pasamos mucho calor durante nuestra estadía. Otro punto importante es que la estación de policía está justo en frente, y eso significa ruido constante a toda hora, lo cual afectó nuestro descanso. A pesar de estos detalles, le doy una buena calificación por su limpieza, desayuno y personal.
