The front desk staff were very professional, friendly, and informative throughout my stay. The only downside was the surrounding area, which felt quite busy. There were individuals selling cigarettes outside the hotel, which made me feel a bit uneasy when entering and leaving the property.

The parking was a bit awkward - I found it difficult to find the Carpark which is actually across the road and did not show up on Google maps, and then there weren’t any spaces available in the Novotel specific area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room itself was large and comfortable although the safe was not working. I included breakfast and it was well worth it although would recommend avoiding peak time as there may not be a table available.

Staff from reception and breakfast restaurant were amazing, the room was clean and spacious, there were a complimentary drinks in the fridge. Breakfast has plenty of options- warm food, cold cuts, fresh fruits, pastries, breads and so on. Have a secured parking with direct access to the entrance of the hotel. Public transport like the Metro was very convenient and right in front of the hotel.
