Excellent location for transport, 1 minute walk into the station plus loads of convenient and varied food options. Hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful, beds and sofas etc. comfortable and relaxing. The only possible downside is the pool could do with being a few degrees warmer - it's fine when you get in and get used to it...

Terrible value for money, AC in the room doesn’t work, bathroom ventilation as well and most of all, despite having the DND sign on the door, someone went through our luxury shopping bags that were sealed!!!! Spend your well earned money elsewhere where they respect your privacy.

Great location and stay

Chose this location for ease of getting around it is literally next door to the train station and a direct route into centre of Paris and also Disney so perfect location for us as we wanted to do both. Didn’t explore the area itself but didn’t have any issues. Hotel staff were friendly. Complimentary drinks and snacks in room, handy fridge. Nice big shower and clean bathroom. Beds were clean and comfy. Can’t complain. Didn’t use restaurant or pool so can’t comment but all looked good.

Great stay.

Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly except the one bar/restaurant staff. Would be ideal if the hotel had a waiting area for guests. My elderly parents were waiting for our transfer to the airport and had a sandwich. I understand it’s policy for us to not consume outside food in a restaurant but we did not know/expect the entire lobby to be part of the restaurant/bar/cafe. Were promptly told to eat outside or in our rooms, so I bought a tea to stay seated and told my parents packed their sandwiches away as our transfer was still on its way. Unfortunately, me ordering to stay seated there made the staff really annoyed and became rather rude after.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be fixed as there was no technician available. As compensation, the person on duty offered to arrange transport to airport and provide breakfast. We were provided with free to-go breakfast the next morning during checkout but we had to pay for the taxi (even though the hotel manager called/ arranged for it). Overall the property is ok for short stay due to proximity to the Gare de lyon station.
