We stayed there for 5 days and never clean our room we use same towel and won't give us a towel. We're out of toilet paper and they let us wait for 30 min so I have to go down and get it

The area is so conveniently located! There are 2 train stations close to the hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was next to the street so it can get noisy in the morning but that didn’t bother us! Definitely recommend taking a walk around the neighborhood. There are so many bakeries and markets nearby. Felt very safe in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean and well presented. Bed was very comfortable and air con worked well and kept the room cool through rhe 42°C heat. Staff were very welcoming and very happy to help us with organising a taxi ready for our departure. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless and well maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Although we personally didn’t need it, we remarked how fluent the staff was in English for tourists. Nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Small shower and room, no where to put suitcases but we dealt with it. Very comfortable beds! AC was a bonus! Will stay there again!

Nice, clean hotel. Very small rooms but that's what you get in Paris for the price. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and don't mind a small, cramped hotel room.

When we arrived the lady on reception was very good. In the evening receptionist had changed shifts. The man was not very helpful. Room very small. When windows open you couldn’t walk past the bed. Breakfast only ok. Location very good to walk to the Eiffel Tower.

highly recommend this place. it is close to metro stations, 24 hr concierge and they store you luggages until you are ready to checkin/leave. Small rooms but expected. I would book here again if i go back to Paris
