Located in the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, a central and elegant neighborhood, this charming 20 m² studio is just 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, 30 minutes from Orly Airport by metro, and only a few minutes’ walk from the Champs-Élysées.

Situated in a quiet courtyard, the apartment is particularly peaceful while still enjoying plenty of natural light. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Paris. In the evening, you can listen to your favorite vinyl records or enjoy a movie on the projector and screen, for a true cinema-at-home experience.

The studio can accommodate up to 2 guests and is ideal for a couple or a stay for two.

You’ll find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in the French capital.

During your stay, you will also have access to a decorative fireplace, Wi-Fi, a fan, induction hobs, and both Nespresso and filter coffee machines.

## Emplacement
A perfect location to explore Paris
Located in the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, the studio enjoys a central location, making it easy to explore the city both on foot and by public transport.
The Eiffel Tower is approximately 15 minutes away by metro, with Line 9 from Miromesnil station, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
On foot, you can reach Parc Monceau in just 10 minutes, the Champs-Élysées in 15 minutes, and the Opéra Garnier in around 15 minutes.
Getting to the apartment from and to Orly Airport is also very easy: Metro Line 14 takes around 30 minutes, with Saint-Lazare station less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Several metro lines are available nearby, including Lines 9, 12, 13, 3, 14 and 7, as well as the RER A and Saint-Lazare train station, making it easy to reach other parts of Paris and the surrounding areas.

The neighborhood is lively during the day, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby for lunch or a drink. In the evening, it becomes much quieter, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring Paris.
