The pictures are deceiving. The location was great, but amenities were not up to the price paid. The main floor had some sort of carpet running down the middle creating an uneven surface under the dining table with the wood floor (perhaps it was being repaired?). The center living room window had no blinds, so you could see people in their apartments and they could see you. There was no dish soap, dish towels, coffee maker, spatulas, etc. The kitchen did have an espresso machine with complimentary cups, but you don't want to drink many at once. Downstairs bathroom did not have toilet paper, soap, or a towel rack and the toilet ran the entire time. The upstairs bathrooms had plenty of towels. One bathroom sink was clogged but was not evident until you ran some water and the sink started filling.Biggest complaint was with Belvilla. It did not return any of my four messages thru VRBO after I booked. I did not receive instructions for accessing the rental until I was going to Paris the day of our arrival. I did get a hold of someone a couple of days prior to confirm the reservation but was always told "Someone from the post-booking team" would get in touch with me. They never did until the day of our arrival. They did send a few emails after we got there to see how we were doing, which was appreciated.If you see a listing on VRBO that says Belvilla is the host, be extra vigilant of renting from them. I will not do it again. I would rather go through an individual host.
