Magnificent one-bedroom flat with a living room, fully air-conditioned and refurbished, in a building that has just been renovated (completion date 26 June 2023) and with 24-hour security (staff on site). Ideally located in the heart of Paris, this warm, modern, professionally decorated and fully-equipped flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning lady.
