Flat of 27m2 on the 3rd floor without lift which includes:

- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 living room with a sofa bed
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
- 1 dining area with a table for meals

My accommodation has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, central heating and a television.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

My flat is located in Boulogne-Billancourt in a residential area, close to the shopping centre "Les passages". There are many shops, businesses, restaurants...
It is located 8 minutes by bike from Rolland Garros
15 minutes by metro from the Eiffel Tower and 20 minutes directly from the Champs Elysées (Franklin Roosevelt metro)
