Welcome to this bright and functional studio apartment with a carefully thought-out design, ideal for exploring the capital.

The apartment consists of:

A cozy living area with a double bed (160 cm).
A fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine with standard capsules, kettle, toaster, microwave).
A modern bathroom with a shower and a macerator toilet.

Please note: the studio has two small high windows (operated by a crank), ensuring plenty of privacy and complete tranquility.

For a hassle-free stay, you’ll have access to a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each reservation.

Located just 100 meters from the École Militaire metro station, you’ll have easy access to all of Paris’s treasures:

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
