This is literally a block away from the Arc de Triomphe! Easy access to the subway with the Eiffel tower being one stop away. There are lots of nice places to eat on the same street with a cafe and bagel shop on either side of the entrance. The apartment was very clean and modern with plenty of space for our group of six with the youngest being twelve. It also had a washer and dryer which helped during out two week long trip in Europe. I would highly recommend staying here!

The pictures overstate the property. It’s a bit worn, the TVs didn’t work (probably dead remote batteries), we got one tube of bath soap and the bathrooms were out of hand soap. There’s no air, which isn’t a problem excerpt for the cafe downstairs full of smokers into the night. We specifically wanted two toilets for our group of 5 but were informed when we checked in that one wasn’t usable. We had coordinated a place to leave our bags on arrival before checking but when we arrived the communication was silent and we ended up sitting at a cafe with our bags and then on a bench for several hours. Make sure you have other arrangements. On booking we had discussed a late checkout and the communication suggested it wouldn’t be an issue. I reminded them that we had coordinated a late checkout when we arrived and it was still no issue. Then the day before they insisted we be out at 10 (standard checkout). We’ve stayed in many verbos and have almost always had a positive experience. This one, we would not return to in the future. I think when we left both parties were relieved to be done with each other.
