Loved the location. The apartment was a disappointment. I wanted a 2 bath and 2 toilet place. I questioned Belvilla as to whether this place had 2 toilets and was told yes. That was a lie. It had 2 showers with sinks and 1 room with a toilet and sink. There were 6 of us. Anyway, the toilet was right next to the kitchen area in the living space. Very unsatisfactory. The living space was very small with really only one couch to sit on. This is really not a place for 6 people. The circuit breaker kept shutting off and we had to use our phone to translate how to fix it. Also, pots were so high up that I couldn't reach them and I'm not short! Generally speaking, the place looked great in pictures and when we first walked in, but it was misrepresented. I will say the location is terrific.

Unit was great for our family. The only issue we had was in checkin. The email link with checkin instructions wasn’t clear on how to navigate it. Scrolling to the bottom didn’t show the next steps. You have to scroll to the left. We were arriving late and it took a few phone calls to figure out access. Otherwise it was a good quiet location that was easy to get around from. Would stay there again

This is an attractive-looking apartment very convenient to many activities in Paris. It was reasonably priced.Unfortunately we had WAY too many issues, from a leaking air conditioner, leaking sink, to problems with both the towel heater coming on by itself and the radiator getting stuck heating up the apartment and making odd noises. It was difficult and frustrating to get help with this.We would not stay here again.
