Things I liked: 2 full bathrooms, central location, AC, 4 full size beds, kitchenette, early luggage drop-off, washer/dryer, great natural light in 1 bathroom, provided: a fan, hairdryer, iron/board, microwave, toaster, cofeepot/pods, and usb charger wall plugins (did not need adapter) Things I did not like: 1) I assume the pictures are of unit 1,2,3&4 because my unit did not look like most of the photos. I would prefer separate listings with accurate photos. 2) I could not figure out how to turn the heater unit off. You need to post clear directions for that. 3) It was very difficult to figure out how to operate the washer/dryer unit. Again, posted clear directions would be helpful, 4) no washcloths provided

The apartment was really clean. The only thing that let it down was mould in one of the shower rooms. Staff were excellent with their communications and very clear with their access and departure instructions. The apartment was located perfectly to the Seinn, Notre Damn, Louvre and had loads of cafes, patisseries and bars all within a short walking distance. We had a 2 bed bedroom apartment and with the exception of a couple of lumpy pillows everything else was excellent. A couple of minor issues with the fridge door but the apartment was very well equipped.

The room was nothing like the pictures. Very old and not well maintened, dirty. Horrible experience. Very decieveing and they were not cooperative at all. Would never recommend this to anyone. I left to go stay at another property
