Lovely apartment, very clean and well-equipped. Patisserie and Carrefour across the street, and Metro (Cardinal Lemoine on line 10) steps from the front door. Would stay here again.

Over the Metro

Location is great, except literally above the metro, heard and felt all the time. Strange layout with all bathrooms opening to the living room. Very little natural light, no cross breeze. It was clean.

Inaccurate listing

The apartment is beautifully decorated and in one of our favorite neighborhoods, but…the lack of air conditioning is a big minus for a summer stay. See Nathalie’s review for all the details. I regret not paying more attention to that. Also, there is only 1 WC in the apartment and two half baths. The listing is for 2.5 full baths. For the price, we could have stayed in a hotel and each had our own full bathroom. If staying with friends, I would not recommend.

While the place is beautiful & in a great location, it is not at all as advertised. A very disappointing & costly experience to end our trip. It says air conditioning, but there’s only a portable AC that sits in the middle of the living space & squeaks & rumbles so loud you need to turn it off to sleep. And when we called to ask for support with the AC, we were told service hours were closed despite it being 5:37 and the hours in the email saying available until 8pm. It also says it’s a very secure building, but what it doesn’t say is the apartment windows open into a shared courtyard, and the windows are so large humans can climb in & out. With the AC not working we had no choice but to open all the windows, but we could only open them during the hours we were there and awake as we didn’t feel safe leaving them open the rest of the time.
