I really wanted to like this spot. And I did like the apartment itself (it’s VERY fancy). But the experience interacting with the host wasn’t great. A few things went wrong:They didn’t send us the access info and we had to call them to get itThey confirmed multiple times that it would be ready by 4pm. So we arrived at 4pm and sat outside waiting for 45 minutes until the cleaner was finally done. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but my dad had Covid and we were counting on him having a place to sleep. Also they made me fill out information in an app totally separate from Vrbo and didn’t include the access info inside the Vrbo app. And they would often take 12-24 hours to respond on the Vrbo app where I was messaging them. So the place is good but the company running it didn’t inspire trust for me.

The pro’s: good location, good explanation of check in process, The con’s: We had no hot water for our two day stay (contacted the property manager after the first day), the soap dispenser in the toilet bathroom did not work or was empty, the washer did not work (light flashed and would not start), it is very hot in the apartment (3 lopsided fans were provided which helped). I personally would not consider this place a luxury suite, a lot of details in furnishings and decor that made it fall short of that. Property manager did respond to my messages but the problems we encountered were not fixed. Our stay was very short so I do understand there may have not been enough time to come and fix the problems but I wish they had been addressed before our stay.

This is in a great location to be close to a lot of things to see. However the fans barely work and are lopsided. If it’s over 70F it’s extremely hot in the space. The shower also only has super hot water that doesn’t get even slightly cool. We also had 5 people and were only given towels for 4 people. Their other properties we have had great experiences with this one I wouldn’t go back to.

Excellent place for two couples to stay. The unit was immaculately clean. Area felt safe, was a quiet, less busy spot with a metro stop very close. Would highly recommend!
