Get ready to be ripped off
Unfortunately, our experience with this property is not only about the property but the management company as well. I was charged twice for the same transaction, the company is denying the same and now i am stuck dealing with them via my credit card company. Secondly, they have charged me the tourist tax twice even though clearly the tourist tax was included in the price. I have reached out to the management company but they have been quite unhelpful. VRBO team has been even worse.
Now talking about the property: We had to collect keys from a supermarket which is one street over, which is fine but they asked me to drop it off over there as well even though we had to leave for our flight at 7 am and the supermarket does not open until 9 am. after multiple texts, i did not receive a reply from them and left the keys in the apartment just hoping that it would be okay. They got back to me 3 hours after i left saying it is fine, so overall communication could be much better.
It is a poor layout with one of the bedrooms having an attached bathroom having shower but no toilet, and the other bathroom being quite far from the other bedroom. The apartment is way smaller than it looks in the photos. One of the rooms has an emergency exit sign which is very bright at night with its green and white light and gets even brighter when all the lights are turned off. We had to keep a thick blanket to cover it up. We were only provided with 2 small noisy fans for 6 guests and they said they don't have any more. The beds are comfortable and overall it would have been average if it weren't for the fraudulent overcharging which i am still dealing with. Definitely won't recommend this company or property!
