Had to call Vrbo 3 times as host did not communicate checkin info. Pick up key at different location, cost me more in Uber fee, 1 towel for 8 days. Fan did not work in 95F/34C weather. Bedding linen was poor quality. Only slept there and had to go buy toilet paper. Insufficient supply. No dish towels etc. Listing did not say apt was on upper level steps. Wanted me to bring key back to other location at checkout. Bad overall experience No messaging thru Vrbo site-why???
