We booked this hotel to stay the first night (our travel day) so we could make the most of our park tickets. The hotel was ok, the rooms were very basic, it was big and busy, the bar really expensive and the shuttles to and from the park chaotic. I wouldn’t have wanted this to of been my actual holiday hotel.

Unfortunately the bathroom in our first room was very dilapidated. It had black mould around the bath, shower, taps and shower gel dispensers. The toilet was stained. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The second room that we were moved to was only marginally better, still with traces of black mould in the bathroom. Our late check was also declined on the morning of our booking despite asking for it 6 weeks before, and it being a major factor in why I booked here in the first place. They would not refund our booking so that we could move to another hotel. The duty manager was very dismissive and unaccommodating. The other reason for booking for this hotel was for the pool, of which was closed on our arrival with no pre-warning. We were offered use of a another hotels pool a shuttle bus away, not really ideal in minus degree weather with a toddler. Overall, the downstairs areas were well presented. But the accommodation levels felt run down and 'cheap'. Very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

The hotel communal areas were amazing and perfect for families . The staff at the recption were also really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection including pastries, cerals, bread , hams. Spreads , nuts and salad. There was also hot food choices including sauasages, bacon , eggs , beans and tomatoes. There is also a free shuttle service to disneyland with the timetable available at reception. I am only rating it 3 stars as the room itself was not in the best condition for a 4star hotel. There was mold visible between some of the tiles and silcone in the bathroom. This was not ideal as we had young children aged 3 and under in our family. The carpet looked old and not the cleaness (old marks) and there were no slippers or robes provided. Some of the bedding were scuffed too. There was a stark difference between the beautiful lobby/communal areas and the two joint rooms we had. We did not complain as we spent the whole day in disneyland and mainly booked for us to sleep and had to leave after check-out the next day.

We had a mostly positive stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, though the cooked breakfast items were unfortunately cold and tasteless. A few issues with the rooms did affect our stay. The air conditioning in our rooms didn't seem to function—it appeared to be just for show. We had interconnecting rooms, and while one fridge worked perfectly, the other did not work at all. Furthermore, the safe in one room was intermittent. Upon leaving, the safe's batteries died completely, locking my belongings inside. I had to call reception and wait over 30 minutes for someone to arrive and replace the batteries so I could retrieve my items. It's worth noting that the food and drink prices in the hotel restaurant are quite high, but this seems standard for Paris and the Disney area, so it didn't feel like an outlier. Despite these problems, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would stay at this hotel again.
