The shuttle was really crowded to Disney and to the train station which I was not expecting. Understandable when 3 hotels are sharing one shuttle. I just wish I would have known ahead of time. Could not find the shuttle at he end of the night and had to take a taxi. It doesn’t help that we are Canadian and don’t read French lol.Other than that the hotel was lovely the food is not the greatest and super expensive but hey it’s Disney?

Friendly reception staff on arrival, qick and hassle free checkin. Good transport links to Disneyland. Buffet breakfast was cold and plates very small. There was no restaurant organisation so was chaotic of a morning. Strict rules on taking food out of the restaurant.

Hotel was very beautiful and kid friendly. We were amazed at the the touches like the vid screens on walls and poles showing the different themes during the days. Always tries to be around during the times when the screens changed themes. Downsides were that the pillows were very uncomfortable. Plus, the drain plug in the bathroom sink wouldn't open well so that the sink would constantly fill with water everytime we would turn on the tap.

Notable stains on the carpet in the room and on the walls. 3 of the lights in the room did not work and so it was very dark in the room at night. We were right off the elevator and the noise carried pretty loud from the hallways. It was a cute hotel but the bus to the parks was jammed packed and adults shoved kids so just be careful.

Good hotel, horrendous transportation

The hotel is nice but the transport to the parks and back is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place as the whole purpose is being able to go to the parks. It’s just cram on and hope for the best.

Excellent hotel for families especially with young children. The common spaces are large and whimsically themed and very on brand with Disney. Stay at this hotel and you will think you are at a Sisney hotel for 1/2 the price! There are 2 arcades for children and there bounce house areas!

Affordable option but how is this labelled as a 4 star! It’s closer to 2 star. Very poor service at breakfast, very limited food options. I left hungry and ended up spending more in Disneyland snacking. 2 days in a row had staff arguing with me at breakfast and refusing to bring cutlery to the table and telling me to get it myself and leave my 4 year alone to go and get it. Gift shop at the front had a very condescending sales person who spoke to us like we couldn’t afford any of the things sold in the shop. Rooms were very basic and could see cobwebs and dust in corners like it hadn’t been cleaned well. Transport was awful. People cramming into buses like sardines and this was the case no matter what time we took the bus. I ended up getting taxis as it was too stressful trying to get the whole family onto the bus so this and the issues with breakfast made the cheaper option much more expensive. If I came back to Disneyland again, I would prefer to spend more on a Disneyland hotel than have this experience again! Avoid! Avoid!

In need of some work

Parts of the hotel seamed pretty run down and in need of maintenance, for example the pool (which was cold as was the kids pool) area lacked warm showers, ladders into main pool were broken and wobbling, pretty much all the gym machines were broken, our sink was cracked, as were floor/wall tiles in our bathroom and the bath itself had multiple chips in it.
