There was an initial mix up with number of rooms, due to policy I was going to have to pay for both. The management worked on this issue and agreed to refund one room! It was a big relief due to holidays and the hotel is nice. It has a great reception room, great location, they hold luggage and are very courteous (even when some of us - me - was a bit tired from the flight 😅) definitely recommend for others. Also, They offer ear plugs because it’s on a Main Street, but I never used mine (or needed to). Definitely check out this hotel!

Stayed here a few years ago and loved it. This time around though our room looked a little tired. The shower was crumbling and whenever we used it we had to mop up the floor. In past there was free coffee but that has ended which seems stingy given the price of the room. Staff is nice. Room is clean. Bed is comfy.

Everything was thoughtfully designed, simple and attractive. The beds and bedding were comfortable and amenities were good quality and well chosen. Tea in the salon was a welcome service at the end of the day. The breakfast selections were perfect and the staff was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The coffee was brought right away and it was hot, not always the case with cafe au lait. I enjoyed every moment!

Very well located hotel in the Marais!They cater to longer stays.If you book a room for 2 or 3 days they place you in a room on the 5th floor ,where after a lift to the 4th floor, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room on the 5th floor..Breakfast is nice,with a plentiful buffet.My room was not cleaned daily.

Lovely stay

Perfect location! Very clean and charming spot with very friendly and helpful staff 24 hours a day. Nice room and bath, but like all things in Paris, it is small — just be prepared, but that doesn’t detract from a strong recommendation!

Highly recommend this hotel for its charm, great location, comfort, and very friendly staff…as well as the AC, elevator, and good WiFi. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and well-located, and the hotel is very close to Place des Vosges and other attractions, and it was great to wander the streets and discover new treasures every day.
