A charming 37m² apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), it features a lovely living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. Please note: renovations are currently underway in the common areas. The apartment is laid out as follows: - A large, bright living area consisting of a living room (with a double sofa bed) and a dining area, as well as a south-facing balcony. - A fully equipped kitchen featuring: a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more. - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a closet. - A bathroom. - A separate toilet.
