I didn't expect anything great from a small hotel, but the Miiro hotel really surprised me! The staff was very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts were very tasty. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The room was small but so cozy, and every detail in the hotel was a work of art!

Not the best start when we arrived. We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We booked a superior room and was given an accessible room which I absolutely hate and didn't book. We were offered to downgrade to classique room as we were told that no more superior rooms available. The downgrade price offered was €10 per night. When we booked, the price difference between the 2 types of rooms were over £40 difference, so offer €10 per night was not acceptable. After much deliberation from the staff, they found a superior room. The rest of the stay was lovely. But feedback to the hotel, you should never put guests in accessible room without asking.

When I arrived at the hotel my room was ready before the check-in time. Unfortunately when i got to the room it wasn’t clean, the staff solved the problem right away! They were very helpful and professional. The bar offers really good drinks and good french dishes. First time in Paris but this hotel didn’t disappoint.

The hotel is in a great location to get to many sites and also a pleasant neighborhood with lots of restaurant options. The staff were very helpful and our room was clean and comfortable.

This stay marked a disappointing conclusion to our honeymoon trip across France. The sour demeanor of the receptionist should have been a red flag but everyone has their bad days. Despite upgrading to the "superior" room it was laughably small, even for Paris. It was on the bottom floor looking into a "courtyard" so confined it was not possible to tell if the sky was blue by looking out the window. A minibar was supposed to be included, but the fridge was empty. The Nespresso pods are knock-offs, and not good ones. This hotel is new and therefore the market is still searching for fair value, something tells me it will come in much less than what they are currently asking for, despite the chic bar and great location - at least for room 107.

Excellent location for the galleries

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Very clean and well-maintained. Good WiFi and aircon. Room on the small side, had to move furniture to open the wardrobe or see the view. Included breakfast is waiter served so a set ration of things without much choice - better to pay as you go.

Competent and Kind Staff

I enjoyed the central location of the hotel to my chosen cites. I was very impressed with the beautiful hotel amenities. The staff was helpful in every aspect of my stay at the hotel and the restaurant was outstanding. As a solo traveler, I found the staff to be respectful and sensitive in meeting my needs.
